What happens to the details you share.

Updated October 20, 2026. This notice describes the website's inquiry forms, chat and technical services.

Information you choose to send

Contact and plan requests may include your name, email address, business name, website, message and selected service or package. The free search outlook also asks about your service area and goals. We use those details to understand the request and respond.

A call request includes the preferred day, time, call format, topic and any note. If you choose a phone call, it also includes the phone number you provide so the team can call you. Requesting a time does not confirm an appointment.

Horizon Help keeps the conversation and topics viewed in your browser's session storage so the conversation can continue as you use the site in that tab. When you send a chat question to the team, the question, conversation transcript, current page and contact details are included in the request. Do not include passwords or sensitive customer records.

Email and the contact record

A submitted request is sent to the team by email. We send an acknowledgement to the address you supplied and may reply to answer the question, clarify a scope or arrange the work you requested. A copy of your contact details and request source is kept in our contact list as a backup.

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell inquiry details or use them to advertise another business to you. A request for a plan does not collect payment card information on this website; the team provides a payment link separately if you decide to proceed.

Services that help the website operate

Brevo processes form notifications, acknowledgements and contact-list records. Cloudflare provides domain and email-routing services and Turnstile, which checks submissions for automated abuse. Vercel hosts the website and handles requests. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and security signals as part of their services.

You can read the provider notices at Brevo, Cloudflare and Vercel. Provider processing may take place outside the place where you live.

Storage and tracking choices

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics tags to this site. Essential security services may use technical storage or signals needed to detect abuse. Fonts are served with the website. The chat uses tab session storage; clearing that storage removes the conversation from that browser tab.

Because the site does not run advertising or analytics tracking, it does not change that behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. Security checks still operate when you submit a form.

Retention and requests

Inquiry emails and contact records may remain in our business systems for correspondence, service administration and record keeping. They are not automatically deleted after a stated number of months. We restrict their use to those purposes and review deletion requests with any ongoing service or record-keeping needs in mind.

Email support@wyomingseo.company to ask about the details held for your inquiry, correct an error or request deletion. Use the address associated with the request where possible. We may need to confirm that the request is yours before disclosing or changing personal information.

This website is intended for business inquiries. If you believe information about a child or information you did not intend to send has reached us, contact the same address so we can review it.
